DAKAEi is a product, not a library. There is nothing to install, no SDK to learn and no server to run: you sign in, connect the accounts that hold your work, and the assistant operates inside them. What it can do in each app is exactly what you authorised it to do, and no more.

Connect the apps you already work in
You sign in to each app through the provider's own consent screen and DAKAEi receives a scoped token. No password is ever typed into DAKAEi, and a connection can be withdrawn from either side at any time.

Assemble an agent
An agent is assembled from three pieces: the connected apps that supply its data and its actions, the skills that tell it how a particular kind of work is done, and the data sources that give it live external records. You describe the job in plain language — there is no code to write.

What makes an assistant “agentic”?
An agentic assistant decides its own steps. A scripted workflow runs the path its author wrote; an agent is handed a goal and the tools to reach it, and chooses what to do next based on what it finds. That distinction is why connected accounts matter so much here — the tools are your real apps, so the decisions have real effects.
Workflows are systems where LLMs and tools are orchestrated through predefined code paths. Agents, on the other hand, are systems where LLMs dynamically direct their own processes and tool usage, maintaining control over how they accomplish tasks.
How does DAKAEi connect to your accounts?
Over OAuth, so DAKAEi never sees a password. You authorise it on the provider's own consent screen, DAKAEi receives a scoped token for the permissions you granted, and you can withdraw that token from DAKAEi's integration settings or from the provider's security page at any time.
