Questions
Is DAKAEi free to use?
Yes. The Free plan includes a monthly message allowance and the Instant and Balanced model tiers. Paid plans raise the allowance and add the Powerful tier, connected apps, custom agents, and on Pro and Business, Xyla voice.
What counts as a message?
A message is one prompt you send in chat. The allowance resets at the start of each billing period. Unused messages do not roll over and have no cash value.
Which plan includes Xyla?
Xyla is included on Pro and Business. Starter and Free use typed chat, and do not include voice conversations.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. You can cancel from account settings at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the period you already paid for ends.
Do you offer refunds?
If you are on your first paid period and have made little or no use of the plan, write to contact@dakaei.com within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it. The refund policy covers the rest of the cases, including statutory rights that apply where you live.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Open the plan picker from your account and choose a different plan. An upgrade starts immediately. A downgrade takes effect according to the checkout flow, and some features such as Xyla drop if the new plan does not include them.
